The Great Butt Hunt

Did you know that cigarette butts are considered toxic waste and will never biodegrade?  We need your help to clean up our beautiful campus, which will be tobacco-free starting Earth Day, April 22, 2013.  Join us for a two-hour "butt hunt" all over campus on April 21 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.  You'll get to perform community service, enjoy friendly competition to see which team can collect the most butts, and you'll also be contributing to our research project!  And you get a FREE t-shirt!
We will be meeting at 11 a.m. at the Bruinwalk picnic tables near Bruin Plaza.  It's time for some spring cleaning!

Organized by the UCLA Tobacco-Free Campus Action Research Team.
